The LCHS JROTC participated in a Service-Learning Project at Woodland Cemetery in Ironton, OH on May 11, 2023. The group cleaned veteran headstones and the general area within the cemetery for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday.

Good Luck to the LC baseball and softball teams as they compete in the 58th District Championship games today, May 17, 2023, at Floyd Central! Both teams will be competing against Floyd Central for each of their titles!

The LCHS AP Government class visited the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. The group enjoyed touring the underground bunker.

The LCHS aviation class received a helicopter visit from the KY State Police! The officers discussed flight operations and other topics with the class.

The LCHS boy's basketball team participated in the food bank service project with OVP Health. This is a great example of young people serving their community!
