A BIG thank you goes out to all of our LC Schools Food Service teams, along with Kyla Farley, Food Service Director, and Brettia Hammond, Food Service Clerk, for their outstanding work on our Thanksgiving Dinner! The staff fed 117 adults, 1738 students, and 32 kitchen staff, for a total of 1887 people! We appreciate you and thank you for all you do, especially for our students!
The LCHS FFA recently attended the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, IN, where they competed in the National Contest for the first time! Students competed in the FFA quiz and placed 34 out of 212! Congratulations!

The LCHS National Beta Club participated in a community service activity, volunteering at the Pumpkin House in Kenova, WV. The Pumpkin House relies on volunteers to create its 3,000 jack-o-lanterns, which are displayed to the community for free!
